Appointments
We know you have many choices when choosing a dentist so we wanted to make requesting an appointment as easy as possible via our website or by calling our office at 317-842-1903. If you cannot keep a scheduled appointment or will be delayed, please call us as soon as possible so that we may offer the time to another patient. If a requested appointment time is not readily available due to our busy schedule, we will be happy to put your request on a priority call list and contact you as soon something changes in our schedule.

Insurance and Billing
We accept most traditional insurance plans, contact our office to verify acceptance of your plan. Jack Nicewander DDS does not participate in Health Management Organizations; however, we will be happy to file your insurance claims for you. We accept checks, cash or credit cards. We also offer a flexible payment plan. Please see our Financial Coordinator for details. We are happy to file insurance for your reimbursement as long as you are free to choose your own dentist.

We are happy to bill any insurance you may have and wait for reimbursement provided you are free to choose your own dentist and your insurance accepts assignment of benefits to be directed to our office. Deductibles and co-pays are due at the time of service for insured patients. We estimate patient co-payments so the actual amount paid may vary slightly. We will supply your insurance company with any information necessary to process your dental claim, however, we cannot get involved in disputes regarding deductibles and co-payments. Please note that the contract you have is between you and your insurance company and we sometimes need to enlist your assistance in getting claims paid. All unpaid claims after 90 days become your responsibility

Payment Options
We gladly accept cash, personal checks, Visa, Master Card, Discover and Care Credit. Payment in full is expected at the time of service for cash patients unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
